Magic Squares were first developed by the Chinese centuries ago- they were squares in which numbers were arranged in specific ways so that all of the rows, columns, and diagonals of the square equalled the same sum. These squares symbolized the opposing principals and harmonies inherent in the natural world, and were thought to possess magical properties.

In this riddle, which is a devolpement of the Magic Square concept, the numbered pegs must be arranged along the lines of the Star of David so that the sum of each line equals 26.

A challenging mathematical quandary.
